General Terms and Conditions

Reservation: Successful reservations subject to availability. The restaurant will be holding seat(s) for 10 minutes based on the reserved timings. Seoul Garden Group reserves the right to cancel the reservation for the User if the User does not honor several reservations.

Refund Policy: Deposit is required for some occasions, payment details will be listed before the reservation is made. Full refund will be given if written notice of cancellation is made 7 days before the reserved day itself. Refund required 7 to 10 working weeks to process.

General: Seoul Garden Group reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
